Nikolay Davydenko Biography
Nikolay Davydenko won 21 times ATP bio titles won at least one tour title for nine consecutive seasons. He won three Masters titles, including year-end ATP World Tour final ended, and in 2009 the top 10 for the fifth consecutive year. Because of his stroke-making and speed, it's nice to have won one of the best players in the men's turn, never a Grand Slam tournament, but has reached two semifinals at Roland Garros and the U.S. Open. He won the Davis Cup for Russia in 2006 final against Argentina. In 2007, he was the center of a scandal in Paris, where he was accused of match fixing, but his name was erased from the ATP circuit next year. Davydenko won his 21th ATP title in Munich with a victory in straight sets to Germany Florian Mayer in April 2011. He married his wife Irina 25th November 2006 in Moscow. Davydenko is driven by his brother Edward.
